tau film My Name is Khan?
singkatnya, film ini bercerita tentang keluarga India beragama Islam yang tinggal di Amerika. Nama keluarga itu keluarga Khan. Khan adalah marga orang India yang beragama Islam, kayak Siregar-nya orang batak..
tanggal berapa sekarang? 12 september
kalo kemarin tanggal berapa? 11 september
jadi apa hubungannya film My Name is Khan sama tanggal 11 september?
jadi gini..
film My Name is Khan nyeritain tentang serangan teroris yang menghancurkan dua gedung di amerika Menara Kembar World Trade Center (WTC) dan Pentagon sepuluh tahun lalu yang dilakukan oleh muslim (terorisnya menyatakan diri sbg kelompok Islam al-Qaeda), karena itu semua muslim di amerika dicurigai dan dikucilkan (makanya di film itu Risvan Khan *diperankan oleh Shah Rukh Khan* sering bilang “My name is Khan, and I’m not a terorist”) cerita tentang serangan teroris ini bukan fiksi, karena benar benar terjadi. dan kemarin adalah peringatan peristiwa 9/11 itu. pada waktu itu 9/11 adalah peristiwa terheboh, (katanya) butuh 99 hari untuk memadamkan kobaran api dan korban diperkirakan mencapai 3000 orang. apa iya ini kebenarannya? Allah maha tau dan maha melihat.

The way he looks at her as if she’s the most beautiful thing he’s ever seen.
The way he lets her beat on him.
The way he smiles to her touch.
The way they look so natural when they hold each other.
The way they are truly the most perfect example of Love.

Two friends were walking through the desert. In a specific point of the journey, they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.
The one, who got slapped, was hurt, but without anything to say, he wrote in the sand: “TODAY, MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE”.
They kept on walking, until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who got slapped and hurt started drowning, and the other friend saved him. When he recovered from the fright, he wrote on a stone: “TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE”.
The friend who saved and slapped his best friend, asked him, “Why, after I hurt you, you wrote in the sand, and now you write on a stone?”
The other friend, smiling, replied: “When a friend hurts us, we should write it down in the sand, where the winds of forgiveness get in charge of erasing it away, and when something great happens, we should engrave it in the stone of the memory of the heart, where no wind can erase it”
Learn to write in the sand.
A woman repeated a bit of gossip about a neighbor. Within a few days the whole community knew the story. The person it concerned was deeply hurt and offended. Later the woman responsible for spreading the rumor learned that it was completely untrue. She was very sorry and went to a wise old sage to find out what she could do to repair the damage.
“Go to the marketplace,” he said, “and purchase a chicken, and have it killed. Then on your way home, pluck its feathers and drop them one by one along the road.”
Although surprised by this advice, the woman did what she was told.
The next day the wise man said, “Now go and collect all those feathers you dropped yesterday and bring them back to me.”
The woman followed the same road, but to her dismay, the wind had blown the feathers all away. After searching for hours, she returned with only three in her hand.
“You see,” said the old sage, “it’s easy to drop them, but it’s impossible to get them back. So it is with gossip. It doesn’t take much to spread a rumor, but once you do, you can never completely undo the wrong.”
If I could catch a rainbow
I would do it just for you
And share with its beauty
On the days you’re feeling blue.
If I could build a mountain
You could call your very own
A place to find serenity
A place to be alone.
If I could take your troubles
I would toss them into the sea
But all these things I’m finding
Are impossible for me.
I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair
But let me be what I know best
A friend that’s always there.
